1/2 cup oatmeal w/ 1 tsp sugar & 1 tsp light butter
1 scoop protein w/ water

12:45Boca burger
-on whole wheat bun
-1 slice 2% cheese-mustard & light ketchup

3:45
Boca burger
-on whole wheat bun
-1 slice 2% cheese
-mustard & light ketchup

7:45 (pre-workout)
1/2 PB&J sandwich

10:30 (post-workout)
turkey sandwich
-2 slices whole wheat bread (Sara Lee 45 cal bread)
-1 slice 2% cheese-mustard & 1/2 tsp light mayo
salad
-1/4 cup 2% cheese
-1 tbs light ranch diluted w/ water

Workout: 45 min cardio (20 min stairmaster, 25 min eliptical)
Weights: chest, triceps & abs
