Hot Body Challenge: Day 7 Food & Workout Log

7:00 a.m.
coffee with 1.5 tsp sugar, 1 tsp cream

10:00 a.m.
1 plain bagel
1 container of strawberry Greek yogurt

6:00 p.m. (at Mi Piaci)
Bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar
Taste of prosciutto wrapped melon and fries
Chicken picatta
1/2 cup potato puree
coffee with light sugar and cream and water

8:00 p.m.
Starbucks regular coffee with light sugar and cream

11:00 p.m.
1 bag peanut M&Ms

Sidenote: day 2 of my weekend in LA. Today was a little rough. I didn't eat every 2-3 hours, my water was very low and I had candy. Today was not a good one.

Water total: 30 oz
Workout:
-hiked through Runyon Canyon for 2 hours
-2 sets of 10 push-ups
-2 sets of 15 manual squats
